Shipping & Return Policy
For Fresh Produce & Perishable Items – Please do let us know about any issues or complaints regarding perishable items and fresh produce at the time of delivery itself or within the same day (12 hrs) of delivery. Please note, we will require images in case this event arises. While it may not be possible to replace fresh produce items immediately due to stocks and seasonality, we will try to replace the item/items as soon as possible or make an adjustment for the amount with a future order, after a review. Unfortunately, Due to the organic nature of fresh produce we cannot guarantee a replacement for perishable items like fruits and veggies, especially within a definite time-frame.
For Packaged Items & Non-Perishable Items – Please share your feedback and pictures for any complaint regarding non-perishable and packaged items within 2 days from date of delivery. We will try to replace the item/items as soon as possible, based on availability, or make an adjustment for the amount with a future order, after a review.
For Order Cancellations – Orders once placed, cannot be edited online, whereas when we do get in touch with you during the confirmation / order preparation stage you could add or subtract items, thereby generating a new bill/order.
